• Develop and lead a risk-based program prioritizing confidentiality, integrity, and availability, fortifying Information Security
• Embed security within in-house software development via a Secure SDLC program, improving Information Security
• Oversee continuous cybersecurity monitoring, proactively identifying risks, compliance issues, and inefficiencies for infrastructure enhancement
• Champion of a secure and agile IT transformation shifting from traditional "business as usual"
• Promote Information Security Awareness
